How to add data

You can add organization / institution / facility to the database free of charge using an online form.
  1. First use the search engine to check whether your organization / institution / facility isn't already in the database.
  2. If there is no result, click add ADD NEW ORGANIZATION (the button will appear at the bottom of the page after you searched the database, under the search results). A form allowing you to include organization / institution / facility in the database will open up.
  3. Fill out the form in accordance with the instructions that appear.
The proposed data are subject to verification procedure within three working days. If there is any ambiguity, we will contact you to clarify it.
Attention! Only the entities whose activities are associated with the non-governmental sector, civil society initiatives, civil society and public interest will be added to the database.

How to update data

All data included in the database can be updated free of charge using an online form.
  1. Locate your organization / institution / facility in the database.
  2. Open its detailed description.
  3. Click update UPDATE YOUR DETAILS (the button is located on the right side of the organization's name). An update form will open up.
  4. Fill out the form in accordance with the instructions that appear.
The proposed data are subject to verification procedure within three working days. If there is any ambiguity, we will contact you to clarify it.
